Our Kids' Club provides high-quality before and after school childcare for children attending Godmanchester Community Academy. We offer a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can play, relax, socialise and take part in a range of activities under the supervision of experienced staff.

Membership Options

Families can choose from two ways to access Kids' Club:

Committed User

• Fixed sessions agreed at the start of the academic year.
• Places are reserved for your child throughout the year.
• Monthly invoices are issued for all agreed sessions, regardless of attendance.
• One month's written notice is required to end or change arrangements.

Ad Hoc User

• Flexible sessions requested as needed.
• Places are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• An annual registration fee of £10 per family applies.
• Payment must be made before attendance.

Booking Sessions

All bookings must be made through the school's online booking system, Arbor. Children may only attend sessions that have been requested and confirmed.

Where demand exceeds available places, priority is given to existing users and their siblings.

Session Fees

Breakfast Club (7.45-8.45am)

• £4.50 per session

After School Club (3.15pm onwards)

• £8.50 per session (Collection before 5pm)

• £11.00 per session (Collection between 5.00-5.30pm)

Please note that fees are reviewed annually. 

Important Information

• Parents and carers must notify the club if their child will be absent from a booked session.
• Children attending another after-school activity before Kids' Club must be registered with the club in advance.
• Children are expected to follow the school's behaviour expectations at all times.
• The club follows the school's safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Mobile phones brought to the club must be handed to staff on arrival. Smart-enabled watches are not permitted.
• Late collection charges apply and persistent late collection may result in a place being withdrawn.

Professional Day Provision

Childcare may be available on selected professional development days, subject to sufficient demand. Separate booking and payment arrangements apply.
