Kids' Club is staffed by a team of 12 Play Workers, many of whom also work within the school and are familiar to the children.

The club is managed by Kate O'Connor and operates under the oversight of the Headteacher, Tess Fielden. All staff receive appropriate training and work in line with the school's safeguarding procedures.

The school has a team of trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), including members of the Kids' Club leadership team, and at least one DSL is available whenever the club is in operation.
