Registration

To register for Kids' Club, parents/carers should complete either the Committed User Registration Form or the Ad Hoc User Registration Form using the links below.

Once a registration form has been received, the school will review availability and contact parents/carers to confirm whether a place can be offered.

Where spaces are available, the school will confirm the sessions that have been allocated and provide any further information required before attendance.

If the club is full, children will be placed on a waiting list and parents/carers will be notified. The school will make contact as soon as a suitable place becomes available.
